If you are not happy with your service, neither are we. Therefore: Services will gladly be redone within 10 days of your initial visit. We do not refund services.

Product Return Policy

Unopened products are returnable within 2 weeks from the purchase date.

Service Booking Policy

​

Keratin Treatments, Relaxers and Color Corrections require a credit card number before booking, as they are services that require an extensive amount of time. These appointments require a 48-business hour cancellation, or a charge of 50% of the service will be billed.
